How will I be refunded?

1.Go to “My Orders” in your HapyShopy account.

2.Select the order you want to refund.

3.Tap “Request Return” or “Refund” (depending on product type).

3.Choose a reason for the refund.

4.Submit your bank or payment details (if asked).

5.Wait for a confirmation email/message — refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
