At Hapyshopy, we make it easy for you to access and download your order receipts anytime. Your purchase receipts serve as proof of payment and include complete order details, taxes, and transaction information.
1. Automatic Receipts:
Every time you place an order, a detailed receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address and is also available in your Hapyshopy account.
2. Download from Your Account:
You can view or download your receipt copies anytime by following these steps:
Go to My Account → My Orders
Select the order you wish to view

Click on “Download Receipt” or “View Invoice”
3. Lost or Missing Receipts:
If you didn’t receive your receipt email or cannot find it in your account, you can contact our Support Team with your order number. We’ll resend a digital copy of your receipt within 24 hours.
4. Business or GST Invoices:
For business purchases, you can request a GST-compliant invoice during checkout or by updating your business details in your profile. GST invoices are generated automatically for eligible transactions.
5. Paper Copies:
To reduce paper use and support sustainability, we issue digital receipts only. Physical copies can be provided upon special request for certain orders.
